A new Pioneer at Pioneer

Louise Hedges has been appointed as the new customer service administrator at Pioneer Europe Ltd.

After leaving college two years ago where she studied business, Louise worked in the printing and warehouse departments at Pioneer before joining the customer service department. She now handles Qualatex direct customers and custom print orders, and very much enjoys working with the balloon industry.

Louise particularly enjoys the challenge of working with custom print orders, an aspect of the business that keeps her very busy, and is hoping to start on the QBN programme soon to qualify as a CBA.
