Sky Lantern guidance from CAA

BAPIA has been informed by the Civil Aviation Authority that its review of CAP 736 (the regulations relating to balloon releases), has now been concluded and was published on 1st February 2011. 

BAPIA understands that although there will be no changes to balloon guidance and policy, it does now contain guidance on the release of Sky Lanterns.
