Buyseasons expands and appoints

Buyseasons, the owner-operator of BuyCostumes.com and the Celebrate Express family of brands, including Celebrate Express, Birthday Express, 1st Wishes, and Costume Express, is expanding its company headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin, with a 110,000 square foot addition.

The full expansion is expected to be completed by July 2011 and when finished will allow the company to continue the rapid expansion of its party supply business under the Celebrate Express family of brands and enhance its industry leading ecommerce costume business.

Along with the new headquarters the company has also recently named Daniel Haight (top right) as its new CEO and president.

For the last six years, Mr Haight has been the chief operating officer of Buyseasons and has overseen the day-to-day operations of the company.

Following Liberty Media’s acquisition of Evite and Gifts.com and assignment of these two companies to its Liberty Interactive tracking stock group, Mr Haight will also oversee these two companies in addition to his duties with Buyseasons.

Terry Rowinski (bottom right) has also been promoted to chief operating officer. Mr Rowinski has been with Buyseasons for a little over two years and was previously the vice president of operations.
